Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
When will my order arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days to the UK and 7–15 to Australia and New Zealand. Every order is tracked. See our shipping policy for details.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Where VAT or GST applies (UK, Australia and New Zealand), it's already included in the price. If a carrier ever charges you an import fee, contact us and we'll reimburse it.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Message us and we'll send it again.
How can I pay?
We use PayPal checkout. You can pay with your PayPal account or, in most countries, with a debit or credit card through PayPal without creating an account. We never see your card details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to return anything.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. See our refund policy.
