Free tracked shipping on every orderShipping is free, and every order ships with a tracking number. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Processing timeWe process orders within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times- United Kingdom: usually 5–10 business days- Australia and New Zealand: usually 7–15 business daysThese are estimates. Deliveries can occasionally take longer during peak seasons. Where orders ship fromOur products ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, mostly in Asia. That's how we keep prices low and shipping free. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. Taxes and dutiesWhere VAT or GST applies to your order (in the UK, Australia and New Zealand), it's included in the price. You shouldn't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever charges you an import fee, contact us and we'll reimburse it. Lost or late parcelsIf your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Address changesPlease check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
