Send us your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.
Changed your mind
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us first and we'll give you the return address. You pay the return shipping unless the item was faulty or not as described.
How refunds are paid
Once we receive your return, or approve your claim for a damaged item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. PayPal or your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
